We are a Luxury Dealer in Newport Beach Ca, Looking for a part time(20-25 Hours) per week Receptionist/Cashier to join our Service Department team. Job duties consist of answering phones and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Receive cash, and credit card payments from service and parts guests and records the amounts received.
• Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verify against cash on hand.
• Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealerships computer system and closing paid tickets.
• Scanning/Filing daily
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Must have customer service orientation, be enthusiastic, and dependable.
All candidates must have a professional appearance and excellent communication skills. General knowledge of office programs is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills
• Prior automotive experience preferred
